摘要
本文利用元胜任力与绩效问卷和制造业管理胜任力问卷进行了大量的调查,研究表明:元胜任力包括思维能力、学习运用能力和自我发展能力三个因子;思维能力能够有效的促进周边绩效和适应性绩效,学习运用能力能够较好的促进整个绩效;思维能力、市场营销策划能力和产品系统管理能力是制造业管理者绩效的有效预测指标。
In this paper, we had carried on a large number of investigations using meta - competence questionnaire, performance questionnaire and manufacturing management competence questionnaire, the results show that the meta - competence includes three factors : ideation, learning and application ability, self - development ability; ideation can effectively promote contextual performance and adaptive performance, while learning and application ability can improve the whole performance; ideation, marketing planning ability and product system management ability are effective predictive factors for manufacturing managers performance.
