摘要
喷嘴性能的好坏对燃烧室及整个发动机性能有着重要影响。文中利用VOF方法,对航空发动机燃烧室中一种常用的离心式喷嘴的内部气液两相流场进行了三维仿真计算,从计算结果中得出了喷嘴内部相的分布和出口速度的分布,验证了喷嘴内部流场的理论分析。根据出口速度得出喷嘴的喷雾角度,并对比了不同进口速度对喷雾角度的影响。将仿真结果和实验结果进行了对比,分析了结果误差存在的原因。对喷嘴喷雾角度的实验测量有重要的参考价值,并为进一步的喷嘴性能参数研究提供了基础。
The capability of atomizer is important for combustor and aeroengine.The two-phase(gas and liquid) flow of atomizer interior,which was used in combustor,was simulated using VOF method.The 3-D numerical simulation obtained the distribution of air-fluid,exit speed and spray angle,that confirmed the theoretical analysis.The spray angle is got based on the distribution of exit speed.The relationship between velocity of inlet and spray angle is analyzed and the simulation result is compared with experimenta result and the reason of phenomenon is also analyzed.The result is a reference for experiment measure of spray angle and is very useful for researching atomizer capability.
