摘要
针对库存管理和控制中存在的实际问题,在最大程度降低库存运营成本的前提下,综合考虑了货物损坏率以及缺货率引起的损失等多种影响,提出了一个需求率为一般连续函数的库存模型,并进一步建立了该模型的两阶段优化方法。该方法通过简单的求解过程,就能够找到最优订货策略,从而有效的降低了库存成本。最后运用一个简单的数据实验,证明了该模型和方法的有效性和准确性。该库存成本函数模型及其求解方法也可以适用于需求率是非单调的随时间变化函数的模型。
Considering practical situation of inventory management and control,the paper provides an inventory model with many practical factors influencing the inventory cost.This model is based on an ordinary continuous function of demanding rate.Moreover,the two-phase optimization method is established.Through a simple solving process,the optimum backlogging strategy can be determined and the cost of inventory can be reduced.Finally,the simulation analysis demonstrates the efficiency of the presented model and method.Further more,this model and its solution also can be applied to the storage model with non-monotone demand rate function.
