摘要
介绍一种新型三相交流异步电动机试验检测仪,它完成电压电流变换器的输出信号处理后,以微芯公司的高性能数字信号控制器dsPIC30F6014为核心,实现对电机电参量的检测。描述该检测仪的电路结构,给出了程序流程图,重点说明利用DSP函数库中相关函数进行FFT计算的方法,从而实现谐波分析。实验表明该检测仪具有价格低、精度高、性能稳定等特点。
A new kind of measurement instrument designed for three-phase AC asynchronous motor test is introduced, which uses high performance digital signal controller dsPIC30F6014 of Microchip Technology Inc as MCU to measure electric parameters after processing signals that come out from converter. Circuit diagram of this instrument is described, and program flow chart is given,and discussion about calculation methods of FFT by the related functions in DSP function library is emphasized for realizing harmonic analysis. It has been proved by experiment that this instrument possesses features of low price, high accuracy, high stability, etc.
