摘要
研究热采注蒸汽过程中的压力梯度问题对于实蒸汽现经济高效注气意义重大,为此,笔者以国际通用水蒸汽热力性质计算方法为基础,在建立了热采井注蒸汽过程基本方程的基础上,利用两相流理论中的均相模型计算了注蒸汽井注汽过程湿蒸汽两相流的压力梯度,并对压力梯度的各个构成项进行了分解。结合水蒸汽热力性质计算理论编制了相应的两相流压力梯度计算程序。通过对实际注蒸汽过程的计算证明,用文中的计算方法所获得的各项压力梯度变化情况符合两相流理论规律。
Probing into pressure gradients for steam injection is of great significance to realize efficient and economic injection.Based on the international calculation for thermodynamic properties of steam and the basic equation for steam injection,the author calculates the pressure gradient of the two-phase wet steam flow and decomposes the gradient by using the homogeneous model of the two-phase flow theory.What's more,corresponding program on the calculation of pressure gradients of two-phase flow is developed according to the theory of calculation for thermodynamic properties of steam.Calculation of actual steam injection shows that the change of pressure gradients is completely in accordance with the two-phase flow theory.
