社会物质文明愈发达,交际手段、传播媒介愈现代化。人们需要保留只属于自己内心世界安宁和与纷繁复杂的外界相对隔离的私人空间,并且随着人们对生活质量要求的不断提高,隐私权保护迫切需要得到健全和完善。而在校就读的大学生,因其在大学期间业已成年,又因是学生身份,受到学校相关制度的管理。如何界定其隐私,保护大学生的隐私空间是平衡高校学生的个人自由与校园秩序,促进大学生健康发展的重要问题。

Meanwhile people need a greater private space to keep the peacefulness of their inner world that are relatively isolated from the outer world. Furthermore, it is necessary to perfect and regulate the protection of the right to privacy because of the increased demands for life quality. For the students in campus, they have been adults, on the one hand, and they are managed by university administration for their special identities, on he other. How to define privacy and protect the privacy are so important to enhancing the development of undergraduates＇ health and balancing personal freedom and campus orders.
