6蔗糖酯的开发建议
多年来，蔗糖酯在我国食品加工业、日化行业中发挥了显著的作用，而作为医药中的活性成分物质，尤其在抗癌防癌、增强免疫力和抗病毒等方面的研究日见成效，更开阔了蔗糖酯的应用范围，随着应用研究的不断深入和推广，这种高附加值糖基天然表面活性剂的应用潜力与市场需求是十分巨大的，可以说进行蔗糖酯的研究完全符合人类社会可持续发展要求。
Sucrose esters, as a kind of sugar-based natural surfactants with good function, is widely applied. In this paper, the synthetic methods and research progress of it was reviewed, and some suggestion was also presented.
