种分氢氧化铝作碳分活性晶种的工艺探索

Process Exploration of Decomposed Aluminium Hydroxide as the Active Carbon Crystal Seed

种分过程存在产品周期性细化的现象,为了缓和种分氢氧化铝粒度波动,将种分氢氧化铝加入碳分流程。通过各种试验证明,碳分流程可以很好地消化种分细料,从而控制产品氢氧化铝中的极细颗粒。

There is periodic thinning during seed decomposing. In order to decrease the fluctuation of the seed aluminium hydroxide, it is added in the carbon decomposing process. Experiments proves that the carbon decomposing process can assimilate the fines during the seed decomposing. Then it is used to control the fine grain of aluminium hydroxide.
