总结我国矿产资源的供应形势,就一些主要大宗矿产资源严重依赖进口的局面,阐述必须加快实施"走出去"战略、开发境外资源的必要性。文章还介绍了我国主要矿产企业开发境外资源所取得的成绩,以及美、日、加拿大等国实施"走出去"战略的经验。最后对实施"走出去"战略提出参考意见。

The article demonstrates the mineral resources supply which depend on import primarily and the necessity of implementing ＂going out＂ strategy to develop foreign resources. Then it introduces the achievements of main mineral resources enterprises in China and the experience of implementing ＂going out＂ strategy in USA, Japan and Canada. In the end, the paper gives some suggestions for reference.
