中国与周边经济体贸易关系的变迁(1995—2005)

Evolution of China's Trade Relations with Neighboring Economies from 1995 to 2005

本文在"泛东亚地区"的框架下探讨了1995—2005年中国与周边经济体贸易关系的演变。期间,中国与周边经济体迅速贸易一体化,成为更多周边经济体的前三大贸易伙伴,日本和美国的地位则发生不同程度的变化。同时,中国与接壤邻国的贸易模式显著不同于传统意义上的东亚地区的经济体。笔者认为,东亚地区已经出现竞争性的"轮轴—辐条"格局,中国应努力推动区域一体化进程向东亚自由贸易区的更高目标迈进。

This paper analyzes the development of trade with neighboring economies between the years 1995 and 2005 within the Pan-East Asia. During this period of time, rapid integration process of our trade with neighboring businesses was achieved with China ranking among the first three trade partners of more neighboring businesses, while the position of Japan and the United States changed to varying degrees. The author also observes that China＇s mode of dealing with neighboring countries had also undergone significant changes, marking it different from that of the traditional one practiced by the East Asian businesses. The author holds that a competitive situation of ＂Hub and Spoke＂ has been set up in East Asia, and that China should promote further progress of the trade integration process towards a higher goal of establishing East Asian free trade zone.
