The performances of regional innovation depend more and more on the interaction and the mobility and diffusion of knowledge among the university, the industry and the government. Universities grow into the organizer and core of regional innovation. The new-style University-Industry-Government relations are essential to promote regional competitiveness and they have practical significances to advancing endogenous innovation in China.
