In this article, we will discuss the necessary and the essentiality concerning reinforcement and perfection teaching quality supervising system on basic medicine. We will also indicate the primary question and insufficiency existent in the teaching quality supervising system on basic medicine at the present time. On the base of this, we have done some beneficial attempt and consideration about reinforcement and perfection teaching quality supervising system on basic medicine.
