摘要
目的 对医学院校附属医院医学教学质量全程督导的方法和效果进行初步探讨。材料与方法 资料来源于上海中医药大学附属普陀医院承担的2005年度及2006年度上海中医药大学课堂授课、见习和临床实习资料。通过对教研室综合考核结果和教学质量问卷调查结果进行量化分析和综合评价,来反映教学环节的质量状况。结果 通过综合分析评价揭示了在课堂授课、见习和实习带教中所存在的教学质量的薄弱环节,并提出了整改措施。结论 加强和完善医学教学工作的全程督导有利于针对性地不断改进和提高教学质量。
Objective The methods for whole process supervision and evaluation of teaching quality in affiliated hospital were discussed primarily. Materials and Methods The data were collected from the database of classroom teaching, clinical novitiate and clerkships in Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine during 2005-2006. The results of quantity analysis and comprehensive evaluation for teaching division check-up and teaching quality questionnaires were given quantity analysis and comprehensive evaluation, in order to reflect the teaching status in different teaching links. Results Through the comprehensive analysis and evaluation, the weak link of teaching quality existed in the classroom teaching, clinical novitiate and clerkships were disclosed. Conclusion To intensify and perfect the whole process supervision in medical teaching is beneficial to pertinent improvement and enhancement of teaching quality.
