The paper discusses several factors about the quality of degree＇s award. The training of postgraduates has been discussed in terms of qualifications of student and tutor, management, conditions of scientific research and examination. Our educational idea should be changed, management should be strengthened, and faculty team should be developed in order to ensure the quality of degree＇s award.
