摘要
为了尽快提高住院医师的临床实践能力,加强轮科培训效果,我们在牙体牙髓专业的强化训练中采用一些量化指标来辅助评定轮科成绩,综合衡量轮科表现,包括提出多项临床诊疗项目的具体要求、技术操作的量化指标与工作量积分标准,同时,由上级指导医师进行临床医疗质量的监控并记录积分。轮科结束后,从病种类型、操作时间等多种量化指标的工作量积分完成情况进行成绩的综合评定,对临床技能强化训练前后的测评成绩进行比较来评价教学效果。通过2年多的实践,各组住院医师的轮科成绩明显提高,诊疗与操作技能普遍得到加强。因此,我们认为量化测评方法是辅助和提高临床教学质量的一种有效措施。
In order to improve the clinical practice ability of resident doctors, and strengthen the effect of intensive endodontic clinical training of departmental rotation, we applied some quantitative testing methods to aid evaluating the results of training, and to measure the behaviors in clinical practice. It was consisted of many detailed requirements of diagnostic and treatment items, the quantitative quota of technical operations and the criteria of workload cumulative scoring. Meanwhile, the supervision of clinical quality and the cumulative scoring were done by the tutors. After training, we comprehensively evaluated the results by the completion of various kinds of quantitative quota, such as types of illnesses, operation time. We also compared the testing scores before and after the intensive training, and evaluated the effects of teaching. After over two years' practice, the results of training of departmental rotation of all groups have been greatly increased, and the levels of diagnostic and treatment skills have been generally strengthened. Therefore, we consider this quantitative testing method is an effective measure to aid and improve the quality of clinical teaching.
