摘要
目的 建立临床医学检验学基础实践技能考核与评价体系。方法 根据医学检验专业教学的实际情况,探索临床医学检验学基础实践技能考核模式,优化考核项目,制定考核目标和基本要求,建立临床医学检验学基础实践技能考核与评价体系并应用于教学实践。结果 该考核与评价体系适用于学生的临床医学检验学基础实践技能考核与评价,经过考核与评价体系培训的学生的课程实践考核成绩和临床实践技能考核成绩均明显高于未经过培训的学生,具有统计学显著性差异(F=17.450~22.445,q=11.902~19.698,P〈0.01)。结论 临床医学检验学基础实践技能考核与评价体系对培养医学检验专业学生创新思维和创新能力具有重要意义。
Objective To establish the assessment and evaluation system of fundamental clinical skills for clinical laboratory diagnostic medicine and explore its significance. Method According to the actual teaching situation of clinical laboratory diagnostic medicine, the assessment model of clinical skill was explored, the aim of assessment and basic demand was worked out, the assessment and evaluation system of fundamental clinical skills of clinical laboratory diagnostic medicine was established and apply it to teaching practice. Results The system was suited to the assessment and evaluation of fundamental clinical skills of clinical laboratory diagnostic medicine. The assessment scores of students who were trained with the system were higher than that students without training( F = 17. 450 - 22.445, q = 11. 902 - 19. 698, P 〈0. 01). Conclusion The assessment and evaluation of fundamental clinical skills of clinical laboratory diagnostic medicine has important significance for cultivating students' creative thinking and ability.
