摘要
本文推导了平均主偏角K_(rcp)、切削宽度a_w、平均切削厚度a_(ccp)、流屑角Ψλ等基本几何参数公式,并对车铣两用圆刀片切削加工中的切屑形成、卷曲、流向进行了试验研究,得到在不同切削条件下切屑形成、卷曲、流向的变化规律,建立了切屑卷曲外半径R、内半径r的实用公式。从而对车铣两用圆刀片在实际生产中如何控制切屑提供了理论基础。
This paper deduced the expression of geometrical basal parameter of the average tool cutting edge angle Krcp, the width of cutting aw, the average thickness of chip acep and the angle of chip flow ψλ and so on, and studied on the chip form, curliness and its flow direction in the cutting with the round insert which can be used for lathe and mill. The change rule of chip form, curliness and its flow direction can be got in different condition, and the practical expression of the outside radius and the inside radius of the curly chip were established. Thus the study provides the theoretical foundation for controlling the chip form in the cutting with the insert.
