摘要
本文提出了一种基于图像传感的焊缝自动跟踪系统.系统应用CCD(Charge Coupled Device)图像传感器采集焊缝图像,并应用由VC++语言设计实现的图像处理软件对焊缝图像进行处理及特征值提取.基于图像传感的焊缝自动跟踪系统实现了焊接机器人对焊缝的实时自动跟踪.
An automatic seam tracking system based on image sensing is presented. The system using CCD （ Charge Coupled Device） image sensor was used in collection image of the seam. We used VC ＋ ＋ design the software for image processing that fulfilled processing and feature extraction of the seam image. The automatic seam tracking system based on image sensing can realize real - time automatic seam tracking of the welding robot.
