摘要
我公司第一电解厂净化车间东部的6台高压风机和3台反吹风机的控制方式均为接触器全压启动,风压的调节只能靠人工到现场启、停单台风机来实现,风压高低不能及时根据生产工艺的需求而进行调节,给生产工艺常带来影响,而且存在能源浪费现象。本文针对该系统存在的这一问题,提出了具体的、可靠的节能改造方案,整个风机的电气系统中实现了PLC、Profibus总线网络控制,控制精度高,故障率低,便于维修,解决了生产工艺中存在的问题,系统采用了变频器调速控制风机电机的转速来调节工艺所需风压的高低,节约了能源。
