高效液相色谱法测定止嗽片中橙皮苷的含量

Determination of hesperidin in Zhisou Tablet with HPLC

目的:应用高效液相色谱法对止嗽片中橙皮苷进行含量测定。方法:色谱条件为Aglient SB-18(4.6×150mm),流动相为乙腈-0.3%磷酸溶液(20:80),UV检测波长为283nm。结果:此方法线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为98.7%(n=6)。结论:高效液相色谱法测定止嗽片中橙皮苷含量的方法准确,回收率好。

Objective:To establish HPLC method to determine the hesperidin in Zhisou Tablet.Methods:The HPLC method for determination of Hesperidin was Aglient SB-18(4.6×150mm), mixture Acetonitrile-0.3% phosphoric acid (20:80)as mobile phase, detection wavelength at 283nm.Results:This method showed a good linear relationship.The mean recovery was 98.7%(n=6).Conclusion:This method is accurate and good recovery.
