长江三峡水库库岸消落带地质灾害防治研究

Prevention and Control of Geologic Disasters Occurred in the Sanxia Reservoir Bank Falling Area of the Yangtze River

长江三峡水库建成后,由于水库水量调度,将会在水库岸坡上形成垂直落差为30 m左右的库岸消落带。由于水库建成后动力作用的变化,造成库岸消落带上的岩块错落、滑移或蠕动以及古滑坡体和倒石堆的再活动,库岸消落带会成为地质灾害的多发地带。在研究长江三峡水库库岸消落带的地质地貌灾害形成机理的基础上,提出了基于G IS和RS相结合的灾害监测手段和以建设排水工程、防波护岸工程、固坡抗滑工程、植树种草工程为主的灾害防治工程体系。

After completing,the bank of Sanxia Reservoir of the Yangtze River will form a falling area of about 30 m vertical drop due to the seasonal changes of the reservoir regulation.It will cause disorder,falling,moving and creeping of rocks,re-movement of the old landslide body and fallen rocks and the falling area will become a frequently-occurring region of geologic disasters owing to the variation of dynamic action after the reservoir completion.The paper puts forward disaster monitoring means based on the combination of GIS and RS and an engineering system of disaster prevention and control by taking the works of drainage,bank protection,waves prevention,fixing slopes for against sliding and planting trees and grasses as the main based on the study on disaster formation mechanism of geology and geomorphology of the reservoir falling area.
