摘要
通过透射电子显微镜和X射线衍射分析了PA6与蒙脱土插层复合材料的微观结构,采用锥形量热仪、拉伸测试仪等仪器测试研究了蒙脱土在复合材料中的阻燃性能和力学性能,结果表明,PA6与蒙脱土插层复合材料具有较低的热释放速率和质量损失。
The paper has studied the microstructure of PA6 and montmorillonite intercalation composite material by the token of transmission electron microscope and X-ray diffraction, and tested fire resistance property, mechanical property, heat distortion temperature by cone calorimeter, tensile tester and so on. The results indicated that PA6 and montmorillonite intercalation composite materials have lower rate thermal release and mass loss.
