The importance of initial rainwater discarding and the choice of discarding method were analyzed. The purification processes for rainwater was introduced and discussed. Aim at the factual condition in engineering, the concrete plan of initial rainwater discarding was put forward, and based on the manual ecologic filtering and filtration purification technique, the economic and effective rainwater treatment processes was brought forward.
