高能聚焦超声联合内分泌疗法治疗晚期前列腺癌

Comparative Study on the Results of High Intensity Focused Ultrasound(HIFU) Combined with Endocrine Therapy and Merely Endocrine Therapy for the Treatment of Advanced Prostate Cancer

【目的】比较高能聚焦超声(HIFU)联合内分泌疗法与单纯内分泌疗法治疗晚期前列腺癌(PCa)的近期疗效。【方法】将80例晚期PCa患者随机分为两组,分别行HIFU+内分泌疗法与单纯内分泌疗法治疗,监测、记录并分析患者围手术期和术后6个月复查的有关指标。【结果】两组病人治疗后PSAI、PSS评分、前列腺体积、最大尿流率比较,HIFU+内分泌疗法组明显优于单纯内分泌疗法组。【结论】在治疗晚期PCa中,HIFU联合内分泌疗法近期疗效明显优于单纯内分泌疗法。

[Objective]To study and compare the effect of the HIFU combined with endocrine therapy and merely endocrine therapy for the treatment of advanced prostate cancer. [Methods]Forty two cases of HIFU combined with endocrine therapy, 38 cases of merely endocrine therapy , and were evaluated in therapeutic effects. [Results]There was no significant difference of pretherapy factors between the two groups（ P 〉0. 05）. PSA,IPSS,PV and Qmas were significantly improved in HIFU combined with endocrine therapy group , and much more obviously than those in the merely endocrine therapy group after treatment（ P 〈0.05）. [Conclusion]HIFU combined with endocrine therapy is more effective in the treatment of advanced prostate cancer than endocrine therapy alone .
