肾康口服液治疗糖尿病肾病疗效观察

Clinical Observation on the Efficacy of the Shenkang Oral Liquid for the Treatment of Diabetic Nephropathy

【目的】观察在常规治疗的基础上加用肾康口服液治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效。【方法】80例糖尿病肾病患者,随机分为对照组与治疗组各40例。两组患者均接受低盐、优质蛋白饮食;根据病情采用口服降糖药或胰岛素常规治疗,用尼群地平和氯沙坦降压治疗。治疗组在对照组的基础上加用肾康口服液10 mL口服,3次/日,使用4周。比较两组总有效率及血尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(SCr)、尿β2-微球蛋白(2β-MG)的水平。【结果】治疗组BUN、SCr显著下降,尿β2-MG明显改善(P<0.05,P<0.01),总有效率85%,明显高于对照组70%(P<0.05)。【结论】配合肾康口服液治疗糖尿病肾病有明显疗效,可降低尿β2-MG、改善肾功能。

[Objective] To investigate the effect of Shenkang oral liquid combined with cozaar on diabetic nephropathy. [Methods]Eighty cases of diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into two groups ： the control group（CG） received oral antidiabetic and anti-hypertension treatment with Cozaar（50mg/d）,and therapeutic group（TG） received Shenkang oral liquid combined with Cozaar. The albumin excretion ratio and coagulation function of patients in two groups were compared. [Results] The BUN,Scr,β2-MG values were significantly lower in TG than those in CG（ P 〈0.05, P 〈0.01）. No case of petechia was observed. [Conclusion] The application of the combination of Shenkang oral liquid and Cozaar can decrease the albumin excretion ratio and improve coagulation function, and has the merit of low risk of causing bleeding.
