治疗原发性高血压药物的调查与分析

Investigation and Analysis of Drugs for Primary Hypertension

【目的】通过对原发性高血压病例的调查与分析,了解高血压患病与年龄的关系,高血压药物治疗的日均价,降压药的用药频度、联合用药情况和发展趋势。【方法】运用回顾性调查方法,从湖南省人民医院2005年7月至2007年3月期间的所有住院病例中,筛选出第一诊断为原发性高血压的病历158份,对患者情况及用药情况进行统计分析。【结果】50岁以下的患者占27.21%;本院抗高血压药物以钙拮抗剂、ACEI、β受体阻断药为主,用药频度排名前三位的药品依次为洛汀新片、倍他乐克、拜心同;本院高血压药物治疗的日均价绝大部分在10元以下;大多数病人在治疗过程中都是联合用药,其中二联和三联居多。【结论】高血压发病呈现年轻化趋势;钙拮抗剂、ACEI、β受体阻断药成为本院使用频度较高的药物,与这几类药物的长效、高效、安全性好、毒副作用小、服药依从性好有关;本院抗高血压的药物治疗正朝着长效、低毒方向发展,在服药时间、次数、剂量方面将更为合理。

[Objective]To have a knowledge of the relation between morbidity of primary hypertension and the age , medication frequencies, application trend and daily average cost of medication on inpatients with primary hypertension by case study. [Methods]One hundred and fifty eight cases with primary hypertension of Hunan Provincial People＇S Hosipital from July 2005 to March 2007 were screened by retrospective study. Patients＇ age and gender, medication frequency and daily average cost of medication were analyzed statistically. [Results] 27.21% patients were under 50 years old. Antihypertensive drugs used most frequently were calcium antagonists,adrenoceptor blockers and ACEI. The first three positions were lotensin, betaloc, nifedipine controlled release tablets by turns. Most of the total patients＇ daily average sum were below 10 yuan. Combination medications such as dual or triple therapy were adopted by most patients. [Conclusion] Patients with hypertension tend to be young. Calcium antagonists, adrenoceptor blockers and ACEI＇s highly use frequency are concerned with their persistent effect, highly effective, small side effect, highly security and well compliance of medication. Persistent effect and low toxic antihypertensive agents will be the main kinds in our hospital. Medication time and dosage will be more reasonable.
