冠心病患者血清脂联素测定的临床价值

Clinical Value of Serum Adiponectin in Patients with Coronary Artery Disease

【目的】探讨冠心病患者血清脂联素含量的变化与冠状动脉粥样硬化发生的关系。【方法】选择临床及冠状动脉造影明确诊断的冠心病患者58例(冠心病组),排除心血管疾病的健康体检者50例(对照组),分别检测其血清脂联素水平并进行比较。【结果】与对照组比较,冠心病组血清脂联素水平明显降低(P<0.01)。【结论】在冠心病病人中脂联素水平下降可能促进了冠状动脉粥样硬化的发展。脂联素水平可作为预测病情,诊断冠心病的一个有用指标。

[Objective]To investigate the level of serum adiponectin in patients with coronary artery disease （CAD） and evaluate the correlation between adiponectin and atherosclerosis. [Methods]Serum level of adiponecin was measured in 58 patients with coronary atheroselerosis（CAD group） confirmed by angiography and 50 healthy control subjects（control group）. [Results]Serum level of adiponecin significantly decreased（P〈0. 01）in CAD group as compared with that of control group. [Conclusion] The significant decrease of adiponectin in serum of CAD may promote the development of atheroselerosis. Serum adiponectin can reflect the stability of coronary artery lesion.
