摘要
【目的】通过检测自然流产蜕膜组织孕激素受体(PR)和凋亡相关调控蛋白p53、Bax及Bcl-2的表达,探讨自然流产发病机制。【方法】标本取自在解放军空军总医院妇科就诊要求流产的患者,自然流产组蜕膜标本23例,并以正常早孕蜕膜标本22例为对照组,采用免疫组化SP法检测蜕膜组织PR、p53、Bax及Bcl-2蛋白的表达。【结果】自然流产组蜕膜组织PR及Bcl-2蛋白的表达均明显低于对照组(P<0.01),而p53及Bax蛋白的表达均明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。【结论】蜕膜组织中PR表达减少及凋亡相关调控蛋白p53、Bcl-2及Bax的异常表达在自然流产发病机制中协同发挥作用。
[Objective]To investigate the pathogenesis of spontaneous abortion during early gestation by detecting expression of progesterone receptor(PR) and regulating proteins related apoptosis such as p53,Bax and BcF2 in decidua tissue of spontaneous abortion. [Methods]The decidua specimens were obtained from 23 cases with early spontaneous abortion and 22 cases with normal early pregnancy (control group) by curettage in the General Hospital of Air Force. The expression of PR, p53, Bax and Bcl-2 protein in decidua tissue were detected by immunohistochemistry. [Results]The expression of PR and Bcl-2 protein in decidua tissue of spontaneous abortion group decreased significantly( P 〈0. 01) compared with those in decidua tissue of control group. The expression of p53 and Bax protein in decidua tissue of spontaneous abortion group increased significantly( P 〈0.01) compared with those in decidua tissue of control group. [Conclusion] The abnormal expression of PR and regulating proteins related apoptosis such as p53,Bax and Bcl-2 in decidua tissue may play synergistic roles in the pathogenesis of spontaneous abortion.
