摘要
目的:评价微型钢板在治疗掌骨、跖骨、指骨骨折中的疗效。方法:均采用手术切开复位,微型钛质钢板+螺丝钉内固定治疗52例手足短管状骨骨折,术后随访4个月~2年,平均6个月。骨折无移位,内固定无松动。按照TAM系统评定法进行关节功能评价,优良率为91.7%。结论::微型钢板、螺丝钉固定短管状骨骨折牢靠有效,对关节面无破坏,并发症少,可早期活动关节,是一种有效的内固定方法。
Objective:To study the treatment effect of mini plate on metacarpal, metatarsus and phalangeal fractures. Methods: Fifty-two fractures were treated by using titanium miniplate and screw after open reduction. Results: All cases were followed up from 4 months to 2 years postoperatively, in an average of 6 weeks. No complications such as displacement and malunion of fractures occured. Evaluated by the TAM system,the healing excellent rate was 91.7%. Conclusion: Mini plate and screw have reliable and valid fixation and less complications for metacarpal, metatarsus and phalangeal fractures. Active motion of joints could begin earlier postoperatively. Study shows that mini plate and screw are effective methods for metacarpal, metatarsus and phalangeal fractures.
