炔雌醇环丙孕酮片联合中药治疗多囊卵巢综合征

The Clinical Effects of Diane-35 with Chinese Tranditional Medicine in Polycystic Ovary Syndrome Therapy

目的:观察炔雌醇环丙孕酮片(Diane-35)联合补肾活血中药治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的疗效。方法:采用随机对照的方法将61例PCOS患者随机分为观察组(炔雌醇环丙孕酮片联合中药补肾活血法治疗组)31例和对照组(炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗组)30例。观察两组患者治疗前、治疗后血黄体生成素(LH)、睾酮(T)水平变化,随访治疗后的月经紊乱改善情况及妊娠情况。结果:观察组及对照组患者治疗前、治疗后外周血清LH、T均有显著差别;治疗后两组患者外周血清LH、T均有显著差别(P<0.05);两组患者月经紊乱改善情况及停药后1年内妊娠率有显著差别(P<0.05)。结论:炔雌醇环丙孕酮片联合中药补肾活血(自拟方)治疗PCOS有一定疗效。

Objective：To evaluate the clinical effects of Diane-35 with Chinese tranditioned medicine （Bu Shen Huo Xue Pai Luan Decoction） in polycystic ovary syndrome（PCOS） therapy. Methods： In a prospective random-control trial, 31 PCOS patients were treated with Diane-35 with Chinese tranditional medicine,30 PCOS patients were treated only with Diane-35 ,then to study the diffences of levels of LH and T in plasum between two groups and to find out the change of irregular menses and pregnancy. Results： Obvious differences in the levels of LH and T the change of irregular menses and pregnancy rates within i year after treament are detected. Conclusion：Diane-35 with Chinese tranditional medicine has confirmed effects in PCOS therapy
