摘要
研究了950℃保温6min时Fe对金刚石的刻蚀反应.用AES微区成分分析给出了金刚石晶格中的C原子,自金刚石与Fe的相界面溶入Fe中的分布,并通过AESCKLL谱确认了溶入Fe中C的存在状态是石墨,而无碳化物相形成.
The etching interaction of Fe with diamond was studied after sintering at 950℃ for 6 min. According to the result of AES C KLL line, the state of carbon near the diamond-iron interface was determined to be considered as graphite but not Fe3C. Carbon atom is dissolved from diamond crystal lattice into iron.
