摘要
介绍了高精度压药机中压力参数的精确控制。一方面采用了高端硬件,但由于PID调节的积分饱和现象,压力控制会出现超调。为此从软件,也就是计算方法上着手,运用计算机直接控制(DDC)对压力输入参数进行修正,并形成闭环控制。
The precise control of the pressure parameters in power pressing-explosive machine has been introduced in the text. First high precise hardware has been adopted,but because of PID integral saturation phenomenon, the pressure surplus would appear.Then software calculation （DDC） has been used to change the input value. Finally a closed-loop control system has been gained.
