摘要
环形件镦粗过程是一个非常复杂的弹塑性大变形过程。在这一过程中,外部摩擦不仅会大大提高模具载荷,而且会影响变形过程中应变分布及材料流动,本文采用大型有限元软件MSC.Superform,系统地研论了外部摩擦力在镦粗过程中,对工件塑性流动和变形趋势的影响,以及与模具载荷力的关系。利用此方法,可根据镦粗工艺中对摩擦力的不同需求,选择合适的润滑液。
The exterior frictional force's influence on plastic flow and distortion tendency of workpiece material has been discussed systemically in ring upsetting procedure with large finite element software MSC.Superforrn, as well as the it's relationship with dying load force.With this method, the relevant lubricating fluid can be selected correctly according to differ friction requirement in upsetting technological process.
