大型环件轧制过程有限元模型的简化

FEM Model Simplifying of the Large-sized Ring in Rolling Process

针对大型环件有限元计算时间过长的问题,为了提高有限元模拟的效率,分别设计了环件轧制的不同有限元模型,用DEFORM-3D进行了计算,获得有限元模型和模拟精度之间的关系,提出了一种有限元模型的简化方法。在保证模拟精度的同时,得到了最佳的有限元模型。

In order to shorten the FEM calculating time of the large-sized ring rolling, several different simplified models of the ring rolling have been designed.The relationships between FEM models and simulation precision have been obtained by FEM analysis software DEFORM-3D, and a simplified method of the large-slzed ring rolling FEM process has been put forward. Finally the best FEM model is attained based on high precision.
