摘要 电力需求侧管理是一项惠及各方的系统工程。随着经济的发展,用电矛盾越来越严重,电力需求侧管理也日益重要。本文首先介绍了电力需求侧管理的相关技术和发展趋势。运用宏观调控理论和数理统计的方法,设计了电力需求侧管理、分析与决策系统,并详细阐述了该系统的目标、原理、功能及实施情况,为需求侧管理工作提供了经验,为电网的安全运行和经济运行提供了有力参考。 Power demand side management is a system engineering that benefits every department. With the development of the economy, the conflict between generation and power demand has been gradually expanding meanwhile the power demand side management has been more and more important. The pertinent technology and tendence of power demand side management are introduced in this paper. With the theory of macro regulate and control and the method of mathematical statistics, an analysis and decision system of power demand side management is designed and its aim, mechanism and function are well presented. Such system provides a favorable conference for the security and economy running of grids and a valuable experience for daily work of power demand side management.
