结扎兔基底动脉后对呼吸和血压的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察结扎兔基底动脉后呼吸和血压的变化,为进一步探讨基底动脉供血障碍影响呼吸和循环等功能活动的机制和防治措施提供依据。方法:以兔为实验对象,采用单点结扎的方法在基底动脉起始部结扎,分别用膈肌放电和股动脉血压为指标,动态观察呼吸和血压的变化。结果:结扎基底动脉2h后,兔呼吸活动发生明显改变,表现为吸气时程(T1)缩短(P<0.05),呼气时程(T_E)缩短(P<0.01),呼吸频率(RF)加快(P<0.05),与对照组相比均有显著差异;平均动脉压(MBP)与对照组相比,无显著差别(P>0.05)。结论:单点结扎基底动脉起始部可以引起延髓缺血性损伤,并可导致呼吸功能发生改变。 Objective: To invest!gate the effects of ligating basilar artery trunk on respiration and blood pressure, and to give evidences on how medullary ischemia affected respiration and circulation an on how to protect against it. Methods: In the rabbits of the experimental group, the beginings d give some advices of the basilar artery trunk were ligated and the electromyogram of the diaphragm and the blood pressure of the femoral artry were investigated. Results: Both the inspiratory duration (TI) ( P 〈 0.05) and expiratory duration (TE) ( P 〈 0.01 ) were shortened, and respiratory frequency (RF) increased ( P 〈 0.05 ), but mean blood pressure (MBP) was changeless compared with control group( P 〉 0.05). Conclusion:Ligating the basilar artery trunk might induce medullary focal ischemia damage that resulted in the changes in the respiratory function.
