慢性乙型肝炎患者SCL-90心理状况分析与护理

Analysis of mental health in chronic hepatitis B by The Symptom Checklist-90

目的:调查慢性乙型肝炎患者的心理健康状况,为做好该类患者的心理护理提供依据。方法:使用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和自设问卷对60例住院患者进行问卷调查,并与国内常模进行比较。结果:慢性乙型肝炎患者SCL-90总分、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑等因子分与国内常模比较有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:慢性乙型肝炎患者心理健康状况较差,应根据患者的心理特点及其相关因素,实施心理护理,以促进患者身心健康。

Objective：To investigate the status of mental health inchronic hepatitis B ,to provide the evidence for psychological nursing. Methods：We enroll 60 eases whith chronic hepatitis B in hospitalization, the status of mental health was assessed by The Symptom Checklist -90 （SCL -90）, self-designed Questionnaire, compared with normal model. Results：The SCL -90 total scores and factor scores were higher in chronic hepatitis B than in the normal model on average, obsessive - interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Chronic hepatitis B patients have a reduced status of mental health. Proper psychological nursing measures aiming at different states of patients and correlative factor of patients, that promote the improvement of life quality.
