摘要
报道了锆-钙-茜素红S异多核配合物的形成,共显色效应的光度特性及测定锆的最佳条件.建立了光度法测定痕量锆的新方法.其表观摩尔吸光系数为3.92×104L·mol-1·cm-1,比其二元配合物的摩尔吸光系数显著增加.Zr(Ⅳ)浓度在0~1.50mg/L范围内符合比耳定律.用本方法测定了矿石中的痕量锆,结果良好.
The formation of zirconium -calcium -alizarine red S mix - polynuclear complex and its co-colouration effect have been investigated. The optimum conditions of the determination of Zr(Ⅳ) by use of its co - colouration have been reported. The polynuclear complex exhibits an absorption maximum at 520 nm and its molar absorptivity is found to be 3.92 ×104 L·mol-1cm-1 The molar ratio of each component in the complex has been estimated as Zr(Ⅳ):Ca2+: ARS= 1: 1: 4. Beer's law is obeyed over the range of 0~1. 5 mg/L for Zr (Ⅳ). It can be used for the determination of trace Zr(Ⅳ) in mineral samples.
