摘要
介绍了一种用于建筑的硬质PVC塑竹门窗,其创新点是不用钢材而用竹材作PVC型材的衬材,这可使塑料窗原料成本降低13.59元/m2,窗质量降低2.5kg/m2,节省炼钢用煤(标准煤)8.3kg/m2,窗的传热损耗有所下降。
A kind of rigid PVC plastic- bamboo windows & doors for building was introduced. One innovation of this plastic- bambioo materials was that the lining of PVC profile material was bamboo material instead of steel,so the raw material cost of plastic windows & doors was reduced by 13.59 RMB ¥ ,the weight of window reduced by 2.5 kg/m^2 ,not using steel could save 8.3 kg/m^2 coal (standard coal) consumption which was used for the manufacture of steel,and the heat transfer loss of window was also reduced to some extent.
