胃癌病人血清转化生长因子β_1水平检测的意义

Detection of serum transforming growth factor β_1 for patients with gastric carcinoma

目的探讨胃癌患者血清转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)浓度与胃癌浸润、转移、预后的关系。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法测定38例胃癌手术前后的血清转化生长因子浓度。结果胃癌组的血清转化生长因子1β水平显著高于对照组(Ρ<0.01);分化较差组、浆膜浸润组及伴有淋巴结转移组分别明显高于分化较好组及无浆膜浸润组、无淋巴结转移组(Ρ<0.01),术前明显高于术后。结论血清转化生长因子1β水平与胃癌的浸润和转移存在相关性,根治性手术可使血清TGF-β1水平明显下降。

Objective To study the relationship between the serum levels of transforming growth factor β1 （TGFβ1） and invasion, metastasis and prognosis of human gastric cancer. Methods The determination of serum TGF-β1 was determined by ELISA in 38 patients with gastric carcinoma before and after radical operation. Results The serum TGF-β1 levels were higher in gastric cancer patients than healthy controls （P〈0.01）, and serum TGF-β1 levels in patients with poorly differentiated cancers, serosa invasion or metastatic lymph nodes were also significantly higher than those in patients with well differentiated cancers, without serosa invasion or lymph node involvement（P〈0.01）. The serum TGF-β1 level before radical operation was higher than that after operation. Conclusion The level of TGF-β1 might he closely correlated with the aggressiveness and metastasis of gastric cancer. The radical operation can remarkably decrease serum TGF β1 level.
