异丙酚不同配伍应用于无痛人流的观察

Observation of different compatible application of Propofol in anodynia induced abortion

目的研究异丙酚与芬太尼和氯胺酮配伍使用的麻醉效果及其副作用。方法将符合筛选条件的150例人工流产者按随机双盲原则分为三组各50人,P组使用异丙酚,F组使用异丙酚加芬太尼,K组使用异丙酚加氯胺酮,记录三组使用的异丙酚用量、用药前后的血压变化、麻醉效果、清醒时间、术后恢复行走时间。结果与P组相比较,F组和K组的异丙酚用量减少,麻醉效果增强,K组病人用药后的循环功能更为稳定,但K组病人的苏醒时间和恢复行走时间长于P组和F组。结论芬太尼和氯胺酮与异丙酚配伍使用能提供更为完善的镇痛,同时氯胺酮可减少异丙酚对病人循环的干扰。

Objective To investigate the anaesthesia andadverse reactions of propofol in combination with fentanyl or ketamine. Methods 150 cases of induced abortion were divided into 3 groups by randomized double-blind principle. Group p were given propofol, group f given propofol combined with fentanyl and group k given propofol combined with ketamine. The dosage of propofol, blood pressure before and after drug administration, anaesthesia effects, time of consciousness, postoperative recovery time for walk were all recorded in three groups. Results The doses of propofol were less and the anaesthesia effects were enhanced in groups f and k as compared with group p. The circulation function in group k after drug administration was more stable ,but the time of consciousness and postoperative recovery time for walk in group k were longer than those in groups p and f. Conclusion The combination therapy of propofol with fentanyl or ketamine can provide more consummate analgesia. Ketamine can reduce interference of propofol to circulation.
