摘要
在发现绿豆、蜘蛛和小牛胸腺DNA有促进乙酸萘酯水解的酯酶活性并建立DNA酯酶活性测定方法的基础上,对具酯酶活性的DNA进行了pH、酶反应速度、DNA浓度以及各种金属离子影响的酶动力学实验,观察到pH的影响、酶反应速度及DNA浓度曲线与一般酶反应动力学曲线相似,并且具有底物特异性.认为DNA的酯酶活性具有“酶”
Based on the discovering enzymatic activity of esterase from mang bean, chinese spider and calf thymus DNA and set up a method for determing esterase activity, α naphthyl and β naphthyl acetates as the substrates, respectively, the effects of pH, velocity of enzymatic reaction ,DNA concentration and several metal ions were studies by esterase activity assay of calf thymus DNA .The curves shown that the effects of pH,velocity of enzymatic reaction and DNA concentration were in accord with the general enzymatic reaction kinetics and DNA exhibited the specificity for substrates. It suggested that esterase activity of DNA may display some characters of enzyme.
