摘要
介绍了西门子S7_300 PLC在包装机同步控制系统中的应用。根据包装机生产线的特点,提出了基于模糊PID和现场总线的多电机同步控制方案。应用结果表明,该系统具有控制精度高、成本低、成品率高、实时性强等特点,能够满足包装机的生产要求。
An application of S7 - 300 PLC to synchronized control system of packaging machine was presented. Aiming at the characteristics of the packaging plant, a.multi-motor synchronous driving control scheme based on fuzzy PID and PROFIBUS - DP was proposed. The running result indicated that the control system has good control effectiveness with high precision, low cost, high qualified product rate, and strong real time oerformance. It can satisfv the control reouirements of high-speed nackaging mnchine.
