摘要 建立了切纸机刀床的力学模型,分析了主动隔振的原理及特点,利用试验测试法和试验模态分析法确定刀床的固有频率和阻尼比。根据隔振原理以及系统的各个固有参数确定隔振器的类型、参数、材料和结构,通过振动测试的方法,对振动切纸机的隔振效果进行检测。结果表明,设计的隔振装置能有效地阻止刀床的振动沿拉杆向机架传递,隔振效果明显。 A dynamic model of the paper-cutting machine was built and the principle and characteristic of the active vibration-isolation was analyzed. Then, the natural frequency and the damping factor of machine tool was determined by experimental testing and experimental modal analysis method. The type, parameters, material, and structure of vibration isolator were determined according to the principle of vibration isolator and the inherent parameters of system. By the vibration testing method, the isolation to reduce vibration effect of the paper-cutting machine was detected. It was showed that the vibration isolator can effectively prevent the vibration of the machine tool to transfer along the puller to the rack, and the isolation to reduce vibration effect is obvious.
