摘要
客家这一民系有着悠久的历史。本研究从其食品的特色文化来分析,指出现有的客家特色食品在包装上没有显现出客家的符号,不能表现出客家美食的特点,让顾客不能从享受特色食品的同时享受客家的文化、历史、风俗等。表达这些信息的媒介恰恰是通过食品包装设计、食品造型和市场的开发策划等来完成。结合图形、文字、色彩和客家聚居地的历史来综合表达,使其获得更大的市场,产生更大的市场效益。
Hakka is a branch of the Han nationality and has long history. The special culture of ttakka was analyzed. It was put forward that there was no sign on Hakka special food packaging; the packaging eouldnt represent the characteristics of Hakka eate and let customer enjoy Hakka culture, history, and custom at the same time of enjoying the special food. It was suggested that the Hakka culture, history, and custom should be expressed in packaging design, food shaping, and marketing.
