摘要
采用Folin-酚试剂法对玫烟色拟青霉胞外酶的活力进行了研究。结果表明:液体培养生产玫烟色拟青霉时,可产生胞外蛋白酶和几丁质酶,产酶水平与营养条件有很大的关系,在含酪蛋白和虫粉的培养液中,该菌胞外蛋白酶活力较高,培养至96 h时,酶活力分别为24.55 U/g和39.72 U/g,在含0.5%几丁质的培养液中,几丁质酶活力较高。
The extracellular of Paecilomyces fumosoroseus was studied by Folin. The result showed extracellular protease and chitinase were produced in process of submerged culture. The producing--enzyme level of the fungus had obvious relation with nutrition condition in the submerged culture. The activity of extracellular protease is higher in the culture fluid including casein and insect powder, after inoculated 90 h, its activity achieved 24. 55 U/g and 39. 72 U/g. However, the fungus's chitinase activity is higher in the culture fluid including 0. 5% chitin.
