摘要
从工业生产可行性及经济角度对氧化铝纳米粉制备的先驱物体系铝醇盐及溶剂种类进行了研究,并探讨了醇盐水解技术及工艺条件对颗粒大小、形状及粒度分布等的影响.结果表明:以异丙醇铝为先驱物、甲苯为溶剂,采用两步水解技术,通过控制水量、添加剂等条件。
The precursor system in preparation of alumina nanometer powders was studied by taking the feasibility of production into account. The controlling conditions which influence the alumina particle size, shape and distribution were investigated. The results show that Al(OPr i) 3 selected as precursor, toluene as solvent are the optimum conditions. The ratio Al(OPr i) 3/H 2O in mole, category of additive and aging time of solutions are the efficient factors to control the particle size and shape by two step hydrolysis.
