摘要
以成都亚鑫矿渣微粉公司提供的矿渣为主要原料,辅以其它化工原料,采用熔融-浇注-微晶化工艺制备了矿渣微晶玻璃。利用DSC、XRD、光学显微分析等方法研究了基础玻璃的析晶温度和矿渣微晶玻璃的结晶相,考察了矿渣微晶玻璃的组成对成型性能的影响以及晶化温度和晶化时间对玻璃晶化的影响,分析了矿渣微晶玻璃的析晶机理。
Slag glass-ceramics were made via melting-casting-crystallization process using slag as the main raw material, supplemented by other industrial chemicals. Glass crystallization temperature of the raw glass and the crystalline phase and microstructure of slag glass ceramics are studied through the methods of DSC, XRD, Optical microscopy analysis, etc. The whole process includes the inspection of the influence of slag glass-ceramic's components on the molding properties, the impact of crystallization temperature and reaction time on crystallization of the glass, and the analysis of slag glass ceramics crystallization mechanism.
