摘要
介绍了济钢在3 200/3 500 mm双四辊轧机上首次大规模研制生产X65管线钢的工艺和性能。所研制的管线钢采用低C、S、P和高Nb、无V、Mo的成分设计,有低的碳当量CE(≤0.34)和PCM(≤0.17)。应用精轧机HTP和ACC快速冷却工艺获得针状铁素体组织,采用堆垛缓冷实现热扩散处理,获得优良性能。采用所开发的X65管线钢板制成的直缝埋弧焊钢管具有良好的力学性能和焊接性能。
The article introduces the process and mechanical properties of X65 pipeline steel produced by 3 200/ 3 500 mm four high plate mill at Jinan Iron and Steel Co. , Ltd. at a large scale for the first time. A composition design philosophy of low contents of C, S, P and high Nb without V and Mo, but with low carbon equivalent CE (≤0.34) and PCN (≤0.17) has been applied for the pipeline steel development. Aeieular ferrite mierostrueture is obtained by using finishing mill HTP and ACC process. Excellent mechanical properties has been achieved by piled up slow cooling for thermal diffusion purpose. Good mechanical properties and weldability have been achieved on the straight beam submerged are welding pipe manufactured from the developed X65 pipeline plate.
