济钢中板厂钢板“红锈”形成原因的探讨

Discussion on the Causes of the "Red Rust" at the Medium Plate Plant of Jigang

针对济钢中板厂钢板"红锈"现象,根据钢板表面质量情况和现场工艺流程,对其形成原因从多方面进行了分析研究,得出"红锈"形成的主要原因是除鳞不彻底、二次氧化、化学成分、终轧温度等影响因素综合造成的,并对中板厂实际生产情况提出了改进建议。

Focusing on the occurance of ＂Red Rust＂ of plate produced at the Medium Plate Plant of Jigang,analysis and study on its causes has been made according to the plate surface quality and process flow at the site. It is concluded that the main cause of the ＂Red Rust＂ was due to the effect of many factors such as incomplete descaling, secondary oxidizing , chemieal compositions and finish wiling temperature. Improvement measures have been put forward according to the actual production conditions of the Medium Plate Plant.
